The staff could be more proactive and speak more fluent English.

Beautiful beach and excellent snorkeling. The water was crystal clear and there was so much marine life to see. The hotel grounds were very well kept and there were hammocks available for guests to use. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food to choose from and the coffee was fantastic. a very relaxing atmosphere.

The restaurant within the hotel was expensive and the food quality was not great. It's a good idea to explore other restaurants in the area.

The hotel was beautifully located on the southern shore of an island in Japan. the staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered fantastic snorkeling activities and nature trails. We loved the beautiful beaches and ocean walkways with few people around. the rooms were clean and spacious. the hotel had a shuttle that took us around the island, and the food was delicious.

The biggest drawback was the Wi-Fi, which was sporadic and unreliable. the hotel was lacking entertainment options in the evenings, which made the stay less lively.
